Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Rare 2-3 mins
medium 3-6 mins
Needs Cooking
Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan on high.
Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan.
Turning halfway through cooking.
Rest for 5 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.
