Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C.

Wash before use.

Boil - From Ambient. 25-30 mins
Bring a pan of water to the boil. Plunge potatoes into water and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Drain.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Roast potatoes
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7
Preheat oven. Preheat some olive oil in a roasting tin. Spread potatoes evenly in roasting tin and baste. Turn once during cooking or until golden.
Do not reheat.; Steam - From Ambient. For best results steam.
30-35 mins
Place in steamer.
Or until tender.
