Perfect for: Whole oats that are coarsely chopped for a hearty, chewy texture and wonderfully nutty flavour.
Perfect for traditional porridge, soups and stews.
Allow 20-30 mins for cooking.
Oat type: Jumbo oats
Perfect for: Whole oats that are steamed and rolled to produce a large flake giving them a delicious thick texture.
Perfect for hearty porridge, flapjacks and granola.
Allow 5-7 mins for cooking.
Oat type: Traditional Oats
Perfect for: Whole oats that are cut into three then rolled to produce a smaller flake with a soft and creamy texture.
Perfect for traditional porridge, cookies and overnight oats.

- Add 220ml of cold milk, water or a mixture of both and stir
- Bring to the boil, allow to simmer, stirring continuously; Microwave - From Ambient. 800W, 3 min
- Place 40g of oats into a large microwavable bowl
- Add 220ml of cold milk, water or a mixture of both and stir
- Cook on high (100%), stirring halfway through
- Stir after cooking and allow to stand for 2 mins
