labelling not clear

M&S, why have you changed the labelling so that its impossible to find the different types of milk at a glance? We have different types for different family members, and I now cant find the right one without getting each bottle out of the fridge and closely checking each label. Please go back to different colour tops or at least change the label design so that the different colours are visible when in a fridge door!

Always fresh and no worries about going off before expiry. We buy this one regularly.

Use by date being ditched

Won’t be buying this milk again in future as the use by date is being ditched. People will have no idea how fresh this milk is when it’s delivered or be able to plan it’s use. Food standards agency say ‘smell test ‘ for milk freshness is not reliable as can fail to detect harmful food poisoning bacteria in the milk, a risk we won’t be taking in our household.

This is not as good as it used to be

This milk was quite creamy once but now it’s watery and flat not the same and not for me.

This lasts for a long time

Really good shelf life. Sometimes still OK 1-2 weeks after the BB date.
