Whole jumbo rolled oat flakes ideal for a traditional hearty porridge with a medium texture. For best results, heat on the hob with milk, water or a non-dairy alternative. Can also be microwaved. Scottish milled. High in fibre. Suitable for vegans.

Cooking Instructions - General. Take care when removing hot liquids from microwave.
For best results, hob.
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. 5-7 mins
Place 40g oats into a saucepan.
Add 220ml of cold milk, water, or a mixture of both. Stir well. Bring to the boil. Cook over a moderate heat.
Stir continuously.; Microwave - From Ambient. 750W, 4 mins, 30 secs
900W, 4 mins
Cook on high (100%).
Place 40g oats into a large microwaveable bowl. Add 220ml of cold milk, water, or a mixture of both. Stir well at start, halfway through and at end of cooking. Allow to stand for 2 mins. Adjust quantities and times accordingly.
