Odd Tasting Raspberries
We were so looking forward to try but found it very mean.. content less flavour than the odd cheaper brands we have tried. Looking forward to improved version one day.
Confused about the love for this ‘trifle’
It’s a big ol’ mush. The tart fruit it lovely, a good contrast to the too sweet cream, but it’s basically a compote that doesn’t hold firm at all. Leave it in the fridge and it all collapses in on itself, where’s the jelly? Also there’s not enough sponge. It’s a sickly mess, I expected better.
good trifle
I have been purchasing this trifle for over 12 months every week but lately it has changed to less cream and a more runny custard but it is still the best

Not too tart in taste. Lovely combination. 3 large or 4 small portions. Will definitely buy again.
Very lovely
I liked this trifle. The raspberries offset the custard and cream. Maybe the cream was a little too sugary, but I liked the sharp taste of the fruit. Very nice.
Lovely but changed recently..
Really tasty trifle but it has changed recently, used to be a lovely firm trifle with a sharp raspberry compote but now the compote seems more jammy with a strawberry taste.
