Wash before use.

Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging, trim ends, slice and wash thoroughly before cooking.; Hob - From Ambient. 5-6 mins
Place in a pan of boiling water, cover and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender.; Microwave - From Ambient. 750W, 4 mins
900W, 3 mins, 30 secs
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Place in a microwaveable dish with 2-3 tbsp of water, cover and cook on full power. Stand for 1-2 mins before serving.; Stir Fry - From Ambient. 2-3 mins
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium heat, add Pak Choi and fry until tender.
