Product information

M&S Pale Cream Sherry
A pale and sweet fortified wine with flavours of green olives and camomile. Made with Palomino grapes and aged in American oak barrels at Williams & Humbert in Jerez, by cellar master Paola Medina Sheldon. This distinctive Spanish wine pairs well with fruit salad, crème caramel and cheeses. Best enjoyed well chilled within a two weeks of opening and a year of purchase.

Very enjoyable sherry

Did not taste like Sherry.

I bought this based on the reviews, I usually buy a well known brand of pale Sherry. The Sherry lacked taste, it really did not have a Sherry taste and it was incredibly sweet. To me it was bland without flavour, shall use it when cooking.

Light and delicious

Ive never had a sherry like this, its quite unique. It has dryish edge with floral notes and as described, camomile. Lovely.

Lovely Stuff

I know that sweet sherries aren't supposed to be classy, but this one is. I'd take it over most finos or manzanillas. The perfect aperitif

Great Value

I have swapped from the dark Cream Sherry to this product. It is lighter and delicious. A firm favourite.

Cheap and cheerful

Very sweet. Pretty good especially considering the price but it's a little too sweet and has a bit of an aftertaste that I'm not keen on.
