Preparation and Usage
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack. Add these noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.
Instructions
900W 1 min, 30 secs
Cook on high (100%). Pierce film.
Allow to stand for 30 secs.
Mix well and serve.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 2-3 mins
Heat 15ml oil in a pan or wok until hot. Remove film. Empty noodles into pan and stir fry.

strange texture- too soft
As a rice noodle, this was a little disappointing. I normally love them but this one took two days to finish. Too soft and doesnt taste like rice noodles at all .
disappointing stooge
This used to be our favourite stir fry till recently the noodles changed to a gooey stodge when stir fried. We do not like this new product" at all - almost inedible. Please bring back the old recipe.

Used to love these noodles, why have they changed? All mush now and slimy!
Have M&S changed the recipe?
We used to love these noodles and purchased them every week. Very disappointed to say that the last two portions we have had have been very doughy and gloopy that leaves a claggy texture in your mouth! Hope this is just a blip!
Convenient but not better than dry noodles
Rice noodles are very fragile especially if overcooked. By the time these are heated through and mixed in with your sauce and other ingredients, theyre already over cooked. They rip into pieces. For this reason I think dry noodles that you boil until beginning to soften before tossing them into your stir fry. However for convenience and fewer wash up items, this pack will do. Taste-wise theyre totally fine.
bland and dont hold their own
They pretty much become mushy if I heat them in a stir fry for 2 min as per the instructions.
