Stir fry meal suggestion
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack. Add these noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.

Cooking Instructions - General. For best results, use the microwave
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 2 mins
900W 1 min, 30 secs
- Pierce film
- Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
- Allow to stand for 30 secs before serving
- Mix well and serve; Stir Fry - From Chilled. - Remove film
- Heat 15ml oil in a pan or wok until hot
- Empty noodles into pan and stir fry
