Stir with 125ml cream to make a quick, easy peppercorn sauce

Ready to use from frozen. Portioned into little rounds to use as much or as little as you like whenever you need it.

Instructions
Hob - From Frozen. Needs cooking
To make a quick, easy peppercorn sauce: 5 mins
Add 4 butter portions and 125ml cream to a saucepan, cook on a medium high heat, stirring throughout until thoroughly cooked.
To top a delicious steak: 1 min
Cook steak as desired and remove from pan to rest.
Add 2 butter portions into the same pan and cook on a high heat for 1 min until piping hot.
Pour over steak and serve immediately.
Do not reheat.

great discovery
I found this by chance as I was so disgusted by the artificial taste of the powdered peppercorn sauce and was looking for an alternative. This is an excellent discovery - tasty, natural and convenient.

gorgeous, useful, clever: adore
This is the most wonderful thing. Take it out to slowly defrost for 2-3 hours. Grill some steak. Put a couple of discs on top: seriously lovely flavours. This is really, really good. I can think of all sorts of other uses for it too. The garlic and herb version is also really very lovely :-)
