M&S Perricone

An indigenous Sicilian variety, this Perricone is made by Domenico De Gregorio of Cantine Settesoli. Situated at the island’s heart, they farm sustainably and organically on the patchwork of black, and white soils deposited by Sicily’s famous volcano.

Aromatic with blueberries, red cherries, fresh mushrooms, and herbs. Pair with grilled meats or meaty pastas like Anelletti al Forno. Try with the Sicilian Caponata, aubergine antipasti.
