Tofu can be eaten hot or cold. Use in salads, soups or as you would use meat in your favourite recipes.

Stir Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Chop tofu into desired size. For best results stir fry in a tablespoon of oil for 10 mins until golden. Tofu can also be grilled, baked, steamed or simmered.
Do not reheat.

Not suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C.
Once opened, submerge in water in an airtight container, refresh cold water daily and use within 2 days.
