Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.

Needs cooking
Remove all packaging. Heat a non-stick frying pan to a high heat. Break up the mince over the entire surface of the pan. Cook for 4-5 mins until golden brown and loose.
Drain off excess fat. Add a sauce or stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally until cooked through.
Do not reheat.
