Our Potato Gratin makes a comforting addition to everything from Sunday roasts to special-occasion spreads. Thinly sliced potatoes are layered in a rich cream and mature Cheddar sauce, then topped with extra mature Cheddar for a golden finish. As it bakes, the potatoes become tender while the creamy sauce and melted cheese bring rich, savoury flavour. Serve alongside roast beef, chicken or lamb with seasonal vegetables, or pair with a crisp green salad for a lighter contrast.
