Nice crisp taste
Would recommend nice bottle of Prosecco
Great Flavour
Nice and smooth , nice flavour
Dry fizz
Very nice and tasty.
Sometimes Good, Quality Control &Consistency Poor
This prosecco, when it is good, is very good. But all too often it is let down by variable quality, ranging from good to, at worst, undrinkable. I have had bottles sometimes with rotten corks that break before they come right out of the bottle. I have had strange smells from some bottles (with or without rotten corks). And I have had no aftertaste sometimes, but a sour bitter aftertaste on others. I really wish the supplier would pay much more attention to quality control that focusses on consistency and high quality - because, as I say, when it is good, it can be very good. As it is, it is not worth taking the chance at full price (which is 15% higher than it was less than a year ago). Sometimes it is on 25% discount (from the new highly inflated price), and then it is perhaps worth taking a punt on whether you will get one from a bad batch or not.
Nice flavour
Not too dry, nice subtle flavour, tastes more expensive than it is :)
Quality has diminished
Used to be nice but now tastes cheap and gives one a bit of a headache. Not sure what has happened to the production. Waitrose own brand is far better.
