- Sauté with a tbsp of oil on a high heat for 6 minutes or until tender and lightly charred.; Steam - From Chilled. 3-4 mins
- Place asparagus in a steamer and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Cool immediately under cold running water or in iced water to retain colour and texture.
