Eat a healthy variety of differently coloured vegetables and fruits each day - at least 5 portions

Wash before use.

Cooking Instructions - General. - Remove all packaging
- Trim outer leaves and cut into florets
For best result steam; Other - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 20-25 mins
- Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a baking tray
- Place cauliflower onto the baking tray
- Cook until tender, turning occasionally; Steam - From Chilled. 5-8 mins
- Place into a steamer or colander and steam until tender

Film - Recycle with bags at large supermarket - Don't recycle at home

Storage:
Best stored in a fridge.
