Cooking Instructions - General. - Remove all packaging
- Trim ends if required
- For best results blanch; Hob - From Chilled. Blanch
2-3 mins
- Bring a pan of water to boil
- Place in a pan and blanch
- Plunge the blanched purple sprouting broccoli into a bowl of cold water
- Drain and serve; Oven cook - From Chilled. Roast
12-15 mins
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
- Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a baking tray
- Place purple sprouting broccoli onto the baking tray
- Cook until tender, turning occasionally; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Sauté
8-12 mins
- Preheat 1 tsp of oil in a pan
- Cook on medium heat until tender, turning occasionally

Film - Recycle with bags at large supermarket - Don't recycle at home

Best stored in a fridge.
