To serve cold - For an even crispier product when eating cold, heat as above and allow to cool on a wire rack before serving. Eat within 12 hours of heating. This product may also be eaten without heating. Remove from fridge 30 mins before serving.

Good enough.
Guess its down to luck or personal taste, ours was tasty all be it quite salty hence a star deducted.

Utterly tasteless, just like some sort of eggy mousse, without any seasoning. No taste of cheese of any description.

Really flavourful
Best tasting quiche I have had. Crisp pastry, rich filling. Freezes well. I defrosted in microwave then crisped in oven.
