Eat a healthy variety of differently coloured vegetables and fruits each day - at least 5 portions.

Keep Refrigerated; Not Suitable for Home Freezing

Stir Fry Meal Suggestion: In a hot wok add these vegetables and stir fry as per instruction. Add your favourite noodles or rice and either a stir fry sauce or ramen broth and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure all components are fully cooked before serving.

Stir Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins
Needs cooking. Remove film. Preheat a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add 10ml of oil. Add all ingredients except the leaf and cook for 3-4 min stirring continuously.
Add the leaf and stir fry for a further 1-2 min. Serve immediately. Do not reheat.
