Stir Fry Meal Suggestion: In a hot wok add these vegetables and stir fry as per instruction. Add your favourite noodles or rice and either a stir fry sauce or ramen broth and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure all components are fully cooked before serving.

Stir Fry - From Chilled. 7-9 mins
Needs cooking. Remove from packaging. Preheat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan.
Add ingredients except pak choi, collard greens and coriander. Fry over a medium heat for 4-5 mins stirring frequently. Add the pak choi, collard greens and coriander to the frying pan. Fry for a further 3-4 mins stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat if necessary. Serve immediately. Do not reheat.
