Defrost before cooking. Remove all packaging. Heat 15ml of oil in a large frying pan or wok. Cook over a high heat, turning frequently.
Do not reheat.

For best results, defrost in a refrigerator. Pour the desired quantity onto a plate and defrost for approx. 8 hours in fridge. Alternatively, defrost at room temperature for 3-4 hours. Drain off any excess liquid before cooking.
