Preparation Instructions
For best results, defrost in a refrigerator. Pour the desired quantity onto a plate and defrost for approx 8 hours in fridge. Alternatively, defrost at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Drain off any excess liquid before cooking.

Serving
Perfect stuffed, griddled or sliced for calamari.

Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 5 mins
Needs Cooking
Defrost before cooking. Remove all packaging. Heat 15ml of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok. Cook over a high heat for 5 mins. Turn halfway through cooking time.
Do not reheat.
