M&S Ready to Microwave Sweetcorn Ribs

For best results, use the microwave
Microwave 5 mins
800W
•Peel back film lid halfway. Remove the butter and place to one side
•Add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the tray
•Place tray in the centre of the microwave on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
•Halfway through cooking carefully peel back the lid, stir and add the butter to the tray
•Recover and continue cooking
•Remove from the microwave and stir the ribs through the melted butter
•Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving

Air Fry 12 mins
180°C
•Preheat air fryer
•Remove all packaging and place the butter to one side
•Line the air fryer basket with foil and spread the sweetcorn in the basket
•Drizzle 1 tbsp (15ml) of vegetable oil over the sweetcorn
•Program to cook for 8 mins
•Add the butter, return to the air fryer and cook for a further 4 mins
•Remove from the air fryer and stir the ribs through the melted butter
•Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving
