Boil - From Ambient. 20-25 mins
Mashed Potatoes
Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces. Place into a pan of cold water and bring to the boil.
Simmer until tender. Drain. Return the potatoes to heat for 1 min to dry. Add butter, milk and seasoning then mash until smooth and creamy.; Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Wedges
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-35 mins
Preheat oven. Cut potatoes in half lengthways, and then in half lengthways again. Repeat until you have 8 wedges per potato. Place wedges in a bowl with 1 tsp olive oil per potato. Stir until coated. Place on a baking tray. Bake uncovered. Turn occasionally until golden and tender.
