Preparation and Usage
Red Thai Chicken Curry. Cooking time: 13-16 minutes
Ingredients:
280g chicken, diced into approx. 4cm cubes. 60g green beans, whole. 60g baby corn, cut in half length ways.
Method:
1. Heat 15ml oil in a pan, add the diced chicken and pan fry for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
2. Add the green beans and baby corn along with jar of sauce. Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
3. Garnish with chopped coriander.
Do not reheat.
Serve with: Jasmine rice

Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok, then add 280g of diced chicken, pan fry for 5-6 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Add 60g green beans and 60g baby corn and the jar of sauce. Simmer gently for 8-10 mins.
Garnish with chopped coriander. For a meat free alternative, substitute meat for vegetables of your choice.
