Ingredients : Serves 4
1 Red Wine Flavour pot
1kg Chicken Legs & Thighs
30g Tomato Paste
100g Baby Onions or Shallots
100g Button Mushrooms
50g Chopped Tomatoes
Dissolve the Flavour Pot in 500ml boiling water.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in an oven proof casserole dish or pan on the hob. Brown the chicken on a medium-high heat for 8 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients along with the red wine stock to the casserole dish.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C/180°C Fan for 1 1/2 hours.
