Pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Stir after cooking.

In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack. Add these noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.
For broth
In a hot wok add protein and stir fry until lightly browned, add veg and stir fry as stated on pack, add noodles and stir fry until piping not, Heat broth as per instructions. Separate the stir-fried ingredients into two bowls, pour over the heated broth and serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.
