Cooking Instructions - General. This product is raw and must be cooked.
Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. Place 250g into a microwaveable container. Cover with a microwaveable plate.
750w 4 mins
900w 3 mins, 30 secs
Do not remove from microwave until after 1 min stand time. Larger quantities of product will require longer cooking. Season to taste.; Stir Fry - From Frozen. 4-5 mins
Heat 15g of butter or 10ml of oil in a frying pan or wok.
Empty contents into pan. Stir fry over a medium heat.
