Cooking guidelines
Hob - From Ambient. Bring water to the boil. Add noodles, cover and remove from heat. Allow to stand for 4 mins, drain and serve immediately. Alternatively if stir frying stand for 3 mins, drain and rinse in cold water then follow recipe.

Singapore Noodles
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 bundles of M&S rice vermicelli noodles
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
200g sliced chicken
200g raw Honduras prawns
300g mixed vegetables (shaved carrot, cabbage, julienne peppers or other)
2 tbsp M&S curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp M&S fish sauce
2 tsp sugar (optional) coriander to garnish
Prepare 100g (2 bundles) of M&S rice vermicelli noodles as per on pack instruction. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion, garlic and chicken until just cooked.
Add prawns, turmeric and curry powder and cook for 2 mins. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 3 mins. Add noodles (freshly rinsed), coat and heat until mixed together. Add fish sauce and sugar to taste, garnish with fresh coriander.
