The Felicetti Family's Pasta, Crafted in the Italian Alps From Specially Selected Durum Wheat Semolina & Alpine Spring Water

Authentic Italian orzo pasta made by the Felicetti family in the Italian Alps, shaped like a grain of rice. Boil for six to seven minutes and serve with one of our Italian pasta sauces. Can also be added to soups, stews or used as a base in salads. Serves 6.

Hob - From Ambient. 6-8 Mins
Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently. Do not cover the pan. Drain and return pasta to pan.
