M&S Meal for one Roast Chicken

Succulent chicken breast in a rich chicken gravy, served with roast potatoes, a golden Yorkshire pudding, pork stuffing, carrots and peas. Simply bake in the oven. High in protein. 1 of your 5 a day. Serves 1.

To enjoy at best, cook from chilled.
Can also be frozen, but the carrots, peas and roast potatoes may lose some colour and texture.

Cooking Instructions - General. Preheat oven and baking tray.
Remove sleeve.
Remove baking tray from oven.
Allow to stand for 1 min before handling the plastic tray.
Do not heat higher than stated temperature.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 45 mins
Remove Roast Potatoes and Yorkshire pudding from the plastic tray.
Place Roast Potatoes on baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven, cook for 5 mins.
Turn Roast Potatoes.
Peel back film and replace lightly over the Chicken & Gravy and Vegetables and place on baking tray next to the Roast Potatoes.
After a further 30 mins, place Yorkshire pudding onto baking tray and cook for remaining 10 mins.
Remove baking tray from oven.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 40 mins
Remove Roast Potatoes and Yorkshire pudding from the plastic tray.
Place Roast Potatoes on baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven, cook for 15 mins.
Turn Roast Potatoes.
Peel back film and replace lightly over the Chicken & Gravy and Vegetables and place on baking tray next to the Roast Potatoes.
After a further 20 mins, place Yorkshire Pudding onto baking tray and cook for remaining 5 mins.
Remove baking tray from oven.
