Roast in the bag salmon. Step by step guide.
Step 1.
Follow the cut across the short edge, be careful as steam will escape
Step 2.
Cut along the 2 edges.
Step 3.
Peel back the flap, be careful not to spill the juices.
Step 4.
With a fish slice, carefully remove the salmon from the board and place on a serving dish.
Carefully pour the juices from the bag over the salmon.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 25 mins
- Preheat oven
- Leave salmon in bag and place on baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Leave to stand for 1 min before serving
Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.
