Roast in the bag cod. Step by step guide.
Follow the cut marks across the short edge, be careful as steam will escape.
Cut along the 2 long edges.
Peel back the flap, be careful not to spill the juices.
With a fish slice, carefully remove the cod from the board and place on a serving dish.
Carefully pour the juices from the bag over the cod.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 18 mins
Needs cooking
- Preheat oven
- Product to be cooked sealed in the bag. Pierce the clear section of the bag twice with a knife
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven
- Cook for 18 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min
- Carefully cut the end of the bag, take care as the steam is hot
- Remove cooked fish with a spatula and pour excess marinade over the fish
Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
