M&S Roast In Bag Salmon With Lemon & Pepper Butter

Our roast in the bag Scottish salmon fillet is marinated in mixed herbs and a lemon butter. Simply roast in the bag for 20 minutes and enjoy. Serves 2.

Roast in the bag salmon. Step by step guide.
Follow the cut marks across the short edge, be careful as steam will escape.
Cut along the 2 long edges.
With a fish slice, carefully remove the salmon from the board and place on a serving dish.
Spread butter evenly across the top of the salmon.
Carefully pour the juices from the bag over the salmon.
Peel back the flap, be careful not to spill the juices.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20 mins
Needs cooking
- Preheat oven
- Leave salmon in bag and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Leave to stand for 1 min before serving
- Cut open 3 sides of the bag with scissors carefully as hot steam will escape
- Remove salmon from board using a fish slice
- Spread butter evenly across the top of the salmon and pour over any excess butter from the bag to serve
Do not reheat.
