M&S Roast Lamb Dinner Mini Meal

Slices of tender roast lamb in a rich mint gravy with crispy roast potatoes, peas and carrots. Best cooked in the oven but can also be microwaved for ease. High in protein. Serves 1.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before microwaving.

Can also be frozen, but the carrots, peas and roast potatoes may lose some colour and texture.

Remove sleeve.
Peel back film and replace lightly.
Allow to stand for 1 min before handling the plastic tray.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve.
Peel back film on potato compartment and place roast potatoes on a preheated baking tray on the middle shelf of oven.
Peel back film and replace lightly over lamb and vegetables compartment and place on a baking tray next to the roast potatoes. Allow to stand for 1 min before handling the plastic tray.
Do not reheat higher than stated temperature.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 20 mins
