· Remove sleeve and pierce film.
· Cook on high.
· After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min, stir then serve.


OVEN FROM CHILLED 20 mins
ELECTRIC 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6
· Preheat oven.
· Remove sleeve and pierce film.
· Place on baking tray in centre of oven.
· After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min, stir then serve.
