Lamb Rogan Josh

You Will Need...
1 jar Rogan Josh curry sauce,
500g diced lamb or diced beef.

Method
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and fry 500g of diced lamb or diced beef until brown.
2. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish. Stir in the contents of the jar. Fill the jar 1/3 with water, add to the curry, stir and then cover the dish.
3. Cook for 90 mins at (160°C/Fan 140°C/Gas Mark 3) or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Why not try: For a vegetarian alternative, use butternut squash.

Cooking guidelines

Cooking Instructions - General. Overall cook time 95 mins; Hob - From Ambient. Heat 15ml of oil in a pan, then add 330g of diced lamb or diced beef. Cook for 4-5 mins, stirring regularly. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Stir in the jar of sauce and add 1/3 of a jar of water and cover. Cook for 90 mins at 160°C/Fan 140°C/Gas Mark 3 or until tender, stirring occasionally.
