Strength 5 Product of Roquefort, France Produced by the Papillon Fromagerie Made from the
milk of Lacaune Sheep, Roquefort is named after limestone caves in the Combalou mountain in Roquefort-sur-
Soulzon in which it is matured. Pockets of blue green mould in this soft, rich and buttery cheese create a wonderfully
complex flavour with fruity, umami and floral notes. Try on a cheese board Pair with a sweet wine or a powerful red
