Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Rare 2-3 mins
Medium 3-6 mins
Needs cooking.
Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan to high.
Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan.
Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month.
