Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs cooking.
Rare 2-3 mins
Medium 3-6 mins
- Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan to high.
- Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan.
- Turn halfway through cooking.
- Rest for 5 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.
