Unfortunately this tasted thick and slimey and not similar to any normal artisan butter. It tasted greasy
I have tasted many different brands of 'Jersey Butter', but this one is a very poor offering. There are lots better out there!
Had a similar butter which is a rich gold colour and so soft at room temperature, so hoped for same here but couldn’t be more different. Pale in colour and solid at room temp, didn’t enjoy this butter at all.
Lovely rich Jersey butter, but it stays hard when at room temperature, so only really possible to spread it on hot toast (delicious!), not bread for sandwiches. Seems a waste to use it in cooking or baking, where a cheaper alternative would do.
I always buy this, it’s a not very salty salted butter and has a lovely light taste. I like to use butter very thickly, and this is perfect, because of its delicate saltiness.
