Wash before cooking. Ensure product is hot before serving.

Cooking Instructions - General. This product is raw and must be cooked.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 3 mins
Place in pan with small amount of butter.
Cook until softened.; Steam - From Chilled. 3 mins
Place samphire in a colander or steamer over a pan of boiling water.
Cover and steam.
