Shopping List: Sausages with Rich Onion Gravy
8 Sausages
300g Mushrooms, sliced
40g Unsalted Butter
900g Mashed Potato
2 Red Onions, thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions
1. Cook the sausages following the back of pack instructions.
2. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, melt the butter and add the onions, cook gently for 15 minutes until soft and jammy.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.
4. Add the seasoning paste, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Return sausages to the pan, add 200ml of water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 8 minutes to achieve desired consistency. Serve alongside mashed potato.
