Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 3 mins, 800W
- Remove sleeve and pierce film
- Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
- Leave to stand for 1 min before serving; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10 mins
- Remove all packaging, preheat a frying pan over a medium heat
- Pan fry for 7 mins, stirring regularly
- Add 3 tbsp water and pan fry for a further 3 mins until the cabbage is tender
