Keep Refrigerated; Product Previously Frozen; Suitable for Home Freezing

Air Fry - From Chilled. 200°C, 12 mins
- Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 3.8L
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove product from the packaging
- Season and place skin side up in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper
- Program the air fryer to cook for 12 mins
- Allow to stand for 1 min before serving; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Cook times are only a guideline. Air fryers vary in performance so consult manufacturer's guidance.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 14 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove product from the packaging
- Season and place skin side down on a tray lined with parchment paper
- Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil or butter
- Cook for 14 mins
- Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 16 mins
- Remove product from the packaging
- Pat dry
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat
- Season and place skin side down and cook for 7 mins
- Turn and cook for a further 3 mins on each of the remaining sides of the fillet
- Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
