M&S Scottish Haggis

Specially Made by Macsween of Edinburgh, Just Oven Cook or Microwave for a Tasty Result, We know & trust, Needs Cooking

Made in Scotland with M&S assured pork and beef from farms in the UK.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Ready to cook.

For best results oven cook.

Oven:
Preheat oven. Remove tag and loop (not skin and clips). Wrap tightly in foil and place in ovenproof dish. Add water to a depth of 2cm. Cook in the centre of the oven. Check water level half way through cook and top up if necessary.

180˚C / Fan 160˚C / Gas 4 for 1 hour 20 min.

Remove from skin and clips before serving.

Microwave
Remove all packaging including skin and clips. Cut haggis up into 3cm chunks, place in bowl and cover.

750W - 3 min 30 sec
850W - 3 min

Break up Haggis with a fork and mix well.
Return to microwave and cook for a further

750W - 3 min
850W - 3 min

Allow to stand for 2 min. Mix well and then fluff up with a fork before serving.

Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving.

Do not reheat.
