Do not remove fish from individual pouch. Do not pierce pouch. Place unopened pouch into boiling water. Return to the boil. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. 750W 5 mins, 30 secs

Remove carton. Do not remove pouch.
Pierce pouch.
Place on microwaveable plate.
Allow to stand for 2 mins.
Open pack carefully with scissors.
