Do not remove fish from individual pouch.
Do not pierce pouch. Place unopened pouch into boiling water. Return to the boil.; Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 3 mins, 30 secs
900W 2 mins, 30 secs
Pierce pouch. Place on a microwaveable plate. Allow to stand for 2 mins. Open pack carefully with scissors.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours (and by date mark shown). This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator), eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
