- Using a fish slice at either end carefully lift the salmon from the baking tray and place on to a serving plate

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 27 mins
Needs cooking
- Preheat oven.
- Remove product from packaging and place glaze sachet to one side.
- Place salmon onto a greaseproof lined baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 22 mins
- Remove from oven, pour glaze over salmon, spread to evenly distribute and cook for a further 5 mins
- Check that the product is thoroughly cooked before serving
- Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook
Do not reheat.
